CSG: Service Desk Analyst Internship 2024
Location: Centurion (Gauteng) and Cape Town Office
Responsibilities:
What you'll do
- You will report to the Director Customer Care working across Europe Middle East and Africa region.
- Gather incident details and records those details in the tracking system
- Assists internal teams and resources to troubleshoot and identify incident resolution
- Communicate with end users professionally in order to triage and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Works with all departments that need to be involved with client problem resolution on any hardware, network, or software outages or questions related to CSG products
- Configure equipment for business purposes, including PCs, laptops, mobile devices etc
- You will be part of the 2024 Graduate Program which runs for 12 months.
- You will be in the Cape Town office for at least 3 days a week.
Requirements:
- BSC Computer Science or Diploma in IT/ICT
- Proficiency in English in a business environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Basic understanding of computer PC networking, standard browser troubleshooting
- A customer-centric mindset
- South African Identification document.
- Academic record
