MAN Automotive: Internships (Marketing, Business, Communications Graduates)

Position Title: Marketing Trainee

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
• Support the team in creating content for social media, email newsletters, blogs, and promotional materials etc. 
• Help manage social media accounts, including posting content and tracking engagement metrics
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on marketing initiatives
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights
• Assist with Events from planning phase through to Strike-down phase including set-ups 
• Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the marketing department

Requirements:

Completed Degree/Diploma or in Final year of study in:

• Marketing,
• Business,
• Communications,
• or related field

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with Canva and social media platforms is a plus
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
