Premier: Human Resource In-Service Trainee Programme
This is a 12-month internship programme based at our Durban site, working across the KwaZulu Natal region reporting to the Regional HRM. The Intern will at times support the national Human Resources structure in rolling out of specific projects / tasks and may be required to travel to other sites for exposure to all business units
Responsibilities:
We have an exciting learning opportunity for an HR Interns, which will include exposure, understanding and application of the following:
- HR Operations administration and systems (e.g. Dynamics 365, Graylink)
- HR Operations understanding and application (e.g. recruitment, onboarding, employee movement, terminations)
- Learning and Development administration and systems (e.g. Moodle, Dynamics 365)
- Process understanding for the following disciplines within Human Resources:
- Learning and Development
- Talent / Skills Development
- Organisational Development
- Industrial Relations
Requirements
- Grade 12
- Studying towards a National Diploma: Human Resource Management (final year)
- Tertiary institution logbook (stipulating relevant exposure and experience needed)
- Driver’s license (advantageous)
- No work experience required.
